Senior Associate

Arun Coumar is a lifelong car guy and has used his passion for all things automotive to focus on the enthusiast and service segments of the motor vehicle aftermarket. Arun began his career at PwC in the Deals Advisory practice, gaining experience through dozens of M&A, JV, capital raising, alternative investment and IPO transactions. After assignments out of PwC's San Francisco and London offices (where he helped Tesla sell its first lease securitization and Uber go public), he decided to focus full-time on the automotive industry.

He holds an MBA from the London Business School, is a CPA and earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from Santa Clara University. He volunteers on the Select Committee with SEMA's Future Leaders Network and on weekends, you will find him active in the enthusiast aftermarket - usually with a new project car in his driveway or in the driver's seat at the racetrack.
